1. Scope

These terms apply to website use and non-binding request features.

2. Non-Binding Online Requests

Online price ranges and estimates are non-binding and not a final offer.
A binding offer is issued only after individual review by BayHeim.

3. Service Notes

Kitchen assembly is provided without electricity, gas, or water connections.
Property care does not include regulated trade work requiring licensing.
Small transport services are domestic with vehicles under 3.5t GVW. No passenger transport.
Gutter cleaning excludes roofing, repair, sealing, or coating work.

4. Liability

BayHeim is liable under statutory law for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only to essential contractual duties and foreseeable damage.
